The Villa Termal das Caldas de Monchique-Spa Resort is formed by hotels in restored historical buildings, namely the D. Carlos Hotel (the most recent renewed hotel of this complex) with 22 rooms, the Central Hotel with 13 rooms (it is where one can find the Central Reception of Villa Termal), the D. Lourenýo Inn, placed at the heart of the historical centre of the Villa, with 12 rooms, the D. Francisco Apartments with 10 one bedroom apartments and, finally, the Termal Hotel (the Villa Termal biggest hotel) with 46 rooms, which, with a different concept of the ones located at the historical centre, distinguishes itself by having the SPA Resort in the same building. This Villa includes the ý1692 Restaurantý, named in tribute to the first records of public utilisation of Caldas de Monchique thermal water, the ýO Terraýoý restaurant, the ýWine Bar O Tascoý right next to the apartments, 2 meeting and banqueting rooms, crafts shop, convenience store and a kids club with games, painting
